It’s essential to take some safety measures before attaching the charger to charge your battery. Make sure your car is parked in a garage or in any space which is well ventilated and free of rain.

Also, don’t forget to turn off the ignition of the vehicle and take away the key.
Find Out a Good Location (Step-2)
